    The 11th Department is kicking off the Political Sector Group with our first webinar with Guyverson Vernous of MOREH (Mouvement pour la Réforme d'Haiti) this Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 1pm EST.

    MOREH is a socio-economic and political movement committed to building a sovereign, prosperous, and powerful Haiti through comprehensive reforms and an innovative national strategy known as Plan 218, which spans multiple 30-year periods, beginning with the first phase from 2026 to 2054.
