    Challenges:

    1. Lack of Education for Autism
      - 40 special need schools registered in Haiti; most are private and in PAP
      - lack of access
      - parents lack know-how to manage kids with autism
      - Telehealth for education for parents; for training professionals
      - internet access limited; church may have access--potential partners
      - lack of trained professionals
      - Use media for awareness
    2. Can 11dept  be aligned with SDG 17 goals
    3. Private schools primarily
    4. Public schools limited; teachers don't get paid
    5. Official data on autism; no official diagnosis, receive only psychological report
    6. Internet Access
    7. Low passing of National Test
    8. Lack of standardization
    9. Lack of government support
