Welcome to the 11th Department. We are here to assist our members achieve their vision for Haiti by providing financing, support, and administrative services for the projects they approve for implementation. Our team manages the 11th Department Organization, as well as the 11th Department Platform, which brings everyone together to work on the many issues that face Haiti and its people--both in the Diaspora and in Haiti.
